About the Product
Smartbox is a solution used by software developers for hospitals in the USA. It allows patients to access their data through third-party applications (health trackers, fitness apps, medical history, clinic appointments, test results), and vendors to achieve FHIR certification, a medical data exchange standard. Developers will be able to customize their applications in our sandbox.
Eventually, Smartbox will become a patient portal with an integrated app store.
Currently, the product is written in Clojure, with a planned migration to TypeScript and further product development. We are building the project team from scratch - Product Owner, Tech Lead, 2-3 Fullstack engineers. Your participation in technical decision-making will be necessary.

We Care About
- 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer
- Expert-level React skills, Node.js experience
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL principles
- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in collaborative architecture development
It Would Be Great If You
- Have worked with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Consent Management
- Know Clojure or are willing to learn
- Speak English at B2+ level
